Why Social Activities Matter
Social activities help improve mood and self-esteem, as well as lower the levels of Cortisol, a primary stress hormone. For many people with disabilities, social participation seems to be a serious uphill battle at times. That is where our NDIS social activities come in.
We offer participants a safe and encouraging environment in which they can learn new things, have fun, make friends, and feel closely related to their communities.
