- How do I know if I am eligible for STA / MTA ?- STA: Funding for STA comes from your Core Supports budget 
 MTA:To be eligible for medium term accommodation, you must meet all 3 criteria.- You have a long-term home you’ll move into after medium term accommodation.
- You can’t move into your long-term home yet because your disability supports aren’t ready.
- You can’t stay in your current accommodation while you wait for your long-term home.
 - There are different eligibility criteria for hospital and justice system discharge 
- What happens if I need to find longer term accommodation?- There are long-term accommodation options available such as supported independent living, individual living options and specialist disability accommodation. - Contact the team at RIISE to find out more about these options. 
- Can I bring my own support worker when I stay in STA / MTA?- The disability support provided in STA will be provided by the RIISE team, STA is often used to give your usual supports a break, so it’s a great opportunity to meet new people! - MTA does not include disability support, so you can use your usual support workers or the services of the wonderful team at RIISE. 
- Can I still attend my usual group activities and therapy sessions while in STA/ MTA ?- The activities that you will attend while in STA will need to be agreed upon with that provider. Staying in MTA should not interrupt your usual planned supports and activities.
